Returns & Refunds

Effective June 2026

Every tajdīd piece is handmade, and many are made or sized to order. Because of this, please choose carefully — and reach out before you buy if you have any questions about size, materials, or fit. We're glad to help.

All sales are final

We don't accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges. Once an order is placed, it's considered final. This lets us keep each piece made-to-order and priced fairly. The one exception is below.

If something's wrong with your order

If your piece arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, we'll make it right. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. Once we've confirmed it, you choose how we resolve it:

  • A replacement — we'll remake or replace the piece, or
  • A full refund — returned to your original payment method.

For these cases — where the fault is ours — we cover return shipping and provide a prepaid label. You won't pay anything to put it right.

How refunds work

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe. Once we've received and inspected the returned piece, please allow a few business days for the refund to process, plus any time your bank or card issuer needs to post it.

Made-to-order & custom pieces

Made-to-order and custom commissions are final sale and can't be cancelled once production has begun, as they're created specifically for you. In-stock pieces ship sooner; an order that includes any made-to-order piece follows the made-to-order timeline of roughly two to four weeks. If you need to adjust or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do what we can before work starts.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law in your country or state, including your rights regarding faulty or misdescribed goods. Where the law gives you a stronger remedy, that applies.
