Accessibility Statement

Effective June 2026

tajdīd is committed to making our website (tajdid.online) and our iOS app usable by as many people as possible, including those who rely on assistive technology. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, the standard widely referenced under the Americans with Disabilities Act in the U.S. and accessibility law in Canada.

What we do

  • Use clear, semantic structure so screen readers can navigate the page.
  • Support full keyboard navigation, including a "skip to content" link.
  • Provide text alternatives for meaningful images.
  • Maintain readable color contrast and respect your light/dark preference.
  • Label form fields, buttons, and controls — with particular care on the cart and checkout, so anyone can complete a purchase.

Ongoing work

Accessibility is something we keep improving, not a one-time checkbox. We review new pages and features against WCAG 2.1 AA and fix issues as we find them. Some third-party or older content may not yet fully conform, and we're working to close those gaps.

Need help, or hit a barrier?

If anything on our site or app gets in your way — or you'd like to complete an order in a different way — please reach us through our contact page. Tell us the page and what happened, and we'll help you directly and prioritize a fix. We welcome your feedback.

Standards

This statement reflects our conformance target of WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We'll update it as our website and app evolve.
