Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Ready-to-ship pieces are dispatched from the studio within 2–3 business days of your order (excluding weekends). Made-to-order pieces ship when complete, typically within 2–4 weeks. All orders include tracking. In-stock pieces ship sooner than made-to-order ones — but if your order includes a made-to-order piece, everything ships together once it's ready.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time we ship within the United States and to Canada and Europe. If you're elsewhere, reach out — we'll do our best to accommodate. Any duties or import taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
Returns
What is your return policy?
U.S. orders may be returned within 15 days of delivery; international orders within 20 days. Pieces must be unworn, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging and documentation. Made-to-order and renewed heirloom pieces are final sale, though we'll always work with you on adjustments.
What if my piece arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll make it right — repair, replacement, or refund.
Care
How should I care for my jewelry?
Store pieces separately in a soft pouch, remove before swimming or exercise, and clean gently with a soft cloth. Avoid perfumes and lotions directly on metal and stones.
Do you offer repairs or resizing?
Every piece purchased from tajdīd includes one complimentary resizing after purchase. Further repairs are quoted case by case.
Sizing
How do I find my ring size?
The most reliable way is to be sized at a local jeweler. In a pinch, measure the inner diameter of a ring that fits well and compare it against a standard size chart — we're happy to help you convert.
What if I order the wrong size?
Your first resizing is on us — just reach out via the contact page and we'll sort it out.
