A tajdīd piece is made to be worn and kept. A little care keeps it beautiful, and we stand behind every piece for the long term.
Caring for your piece
- Put your jewelry on last — after perfume, lotion, and hairspray — and take it off before swimming, showering, or exercising.
- Store each piece separately in a soft pouch or lined box so pieces don't scratch one another.
- Keep it dry. Wipe it gently with a soft, lint-free cloth after wear.
- Silver naturally tarnishes over time; a soft jewelry cloth brings the shine back. Avoid harsh chemical dips on stones.
- Natural stones are delicate — keep them away from knocks, heat, and household cleaners.
Complimentary first resizing
If a ring doesn't fit quite right, we'll resize it once, complimentary, within 30 days of delivery (you cover return shipping to us). Any resizing after that is offered at cost. Some designs can't be resized without affecting the piece — if that's the case for yours, we'll tell you before any work begins.
Lifetime care
We stand behind our craftsmanship for life. If a piece ever fails due to a manufacturing defect, we'll repair it free of charge. Normal wear over the years — a worn clasp, a loosened stone, a needed re-polish — we're always happy to repair at cost. Either way, reach out through our contact page and we'll take care of you. (Pieces that arrive damaged or not as ordered are covered by our Returns & Refunds policy.)
Shipping
Every order ships fully insured and tracked, with signature required on delivery, so your piece is protected from our hands to yours. In-stock pieces are dispatched within a few business days; made-to-order pieces follow a timeline of roughly two to four weeks, and an order containing any made-to-order piece ships together once it's ready. You'll receive tracking as soon as your order is on its way.
