Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Ready-to-ship pieces are dispatched from the studio within 2–3 business days of your order (excluding weekends). Made-to-order pieces ship when complete, typically within 2–4 weeks. All orders include tracking. In-stock pieces ship sooner than made-to-order ones — but if your order includes a made-to-order piece, everything ships together once it's ready.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time we ship within the United States and to Canada and Europe. If you're elsewhere, reach out — we'll do our best to accommodate. Any duties or import taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
Returns
What is your return policy?
Every piece is handmade, and many are made or sized to order, so all sales are final — with one exception below. Please reach out before you buy if you have any questions about size, materials, or fit. See our Returns & Refunds policy for full details.
What if my piece arrives damaged?
If your piece arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. You choose a replacement or a full refund — and we cover return shipping with a prepaid label.
Care
How should I care for my jewelry?
Store pieces separately in a soft pouch, remove before swimming or exercise, and clean gently with a soft cloth. Avoid perfumes and lotions directly on metal and stones.
Do you offer repairs or resizing?
Every piece purchased from tajdīd includes one complimentary resizing after purchase. Further repairs are quoted case by case.
Sizing
How do I find my ring size?
The most reliable way is to be sized at a local jeweler. In a pinch, measure the inner diameter of a ring that fits well and compare it against a standard size chart — we're happy to help you convert.
What if I order the wrong size?
Your first resizing is on us — just reach out via the contact page and we'll sort it out.
